Owner

Joe comes to us from the Washington DC area where he had his own electronics service business for 15 years. Prior to that he was the service manager at one of the larger music stores in Maryland for 7 years. Joe has also toured with large bands as the sound engineer. He takes great pride in stocking products he believes in from both a user and service perspective. He can answer most of your technical questions and guide you in the purchase of amps, PA equipment and keyboards. Joe is our in-house electronics expert and repair technician. Don’t buy anything electronic until you hear the facts from Joe’s years of experience in servicing the music and entertainment industry.

Co-Owner

Annie started singing early–to the animals on her family farm in Iowa. She went from the pasture to singing with the Chi-Centra Singers, and recorded her first album with them. She was chosen for the prestigious Meister Singer Vocal Festival in Des Moines, Iowa, and soloed in choirs at her church and high school in Bode, Iowa. She has sung at gospel concerts, churches and special events while traveling around Colorado, Iowa and Illinois, and has been a member of the Mountain Madrigals for 26 years here in Glenwood Springs. Annie brings a homey feel to the store, keeping the showroom neat and clean, lending her designers touch when signage and décor are needed, and brightening our customers’ day when she’s behind the counter.

Guitar Tech and Retail Manager

Kevin has been serving Glenwood Music as the Guitar Tech and retail manager since 2010. He is an Indigenous Western Slope Coloradan and brings the Western Slope Philosophy of “Work Hard and Do Good Things” to business. A guitar player by nature, when asked how long he’s played he will always tell you, “Longer than my ability shows.” He says this because he knows that musical skill and ability is a growing process and a life-long pursuit. When talking to you about instruments, he’ll get you the instrument that will best serve your needs, wants, and desires, and have a fun time doing it.
